Group Counseling

Group counseling at Small Works Counseling offers a supportive space to connect, learn, and grow alongside others who get it. Groups can help with concerns like anxiety, ADHD, relationships, emotional regulation, and life transitions while reducing isolation and building real connection.

We recognize that many struggles are shaped by systemic factors like identity, access, and social expectations. Our groups are designed to be affirming, inclusive, and grounded in equity, creating space for diverse experiences to be seen and respected.

With a focus on accessibility and community care, group counseling can be a powerful, lower-cost way to receive support, build skills, and realize you’re not alone in what you’re carrying.
