Neurodivergent DBT Skills Group


This weekly group is designed specifically for neurodivergent adults (including ADHD, autistic, and otherwise neuro-spicy folks) who want practical tools for navigating big emotions, overwhelm, relationships, and daily life without being asked to mask or “fix” themselves.

Using a neurodiversity-affirming approach to Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), we focus on real-world skills for emotion regulation, distress tolerance, communication, and self-compassion, adapted to actually work with neurodivergent brains. Sessions are structured, supportive, and flexible, with space for learning, reflection, and shared experience.

This group meets once per week on Wednesdays at 6pm and offers a validating, inclusive space to build skills, reduce shame, and connect with others who get it.
