Yes. A brief consultation gives us a chance to make sure we’re a good fit and that the type of support you’re looking for is something we can offer. There’s no pressure to commit. They last for about 15 or 20 minutes and are always free.

Yes. All sessions are currently offered through secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms.

You’ll need:
A device with a camera and microphone (phone, tablet, or computer)
A stable internet connection
A private space where you feel reasonably comfortable
Perfection is not required — real life is welcome here.
If you are in a car cannot be driving per Ohio law.
