Late-Diagnosed ADHD Virtual Group
Discovering you have ADHD later in life can feel both validating and overwhelming. Many adults spend years masking, pushing through burnout, or wondering why things feel harder than they “should.” This therapist-led virtual group is designed specifically for adults who received their ADHD diagnosis in their 20s, 30s, 40s, and beyond.
Each week, we explore the unique challenges of late diagnosis—including unlearning shame, understanding emotional patterns, and making sense of past experiences—while also building practical, evidence-based skills for focus, organization, motivation, and emotional regulation.
You’ll learn tools that support daily functioning, gain insight into how ADHD truly works, and connect with peers who share similar experiences. Most importantly, you’ll have a supportive and validating space to rewrite your ADHD story with compassion, clarity, and community.
This group is ideal for adults who want to understand their diagnosis, strengthen executive functioning, and build confidence as they navigate life with ADHD without judgment and entirely online.
