  • Best for clients who want more consistent support and momentum.

    Includes:

    • 2 therapy sessions per month

    • Skills-based support between sessions

    • Personalized coping tools or homework

    • Ongoing work on therapy goals

    This plan may be helpful for anxiety, depression, relationship stress, executive functioning, identity work, or building new coping patterns.

  • Best for clients who need more frequent care or are working through something more active.

    Includes:

    • Weekly therapy sessions

    • More consistent support and accountability

    • Focused work on symptoms, patterns, and goals

    • Support for deeper therapy work, including trauma or EMDR preparation when appropriate

    This plan may be helpful during major life transitions, trauma work, grief, burnout, high stress, or periods when symptoms are more disruptive.
