Small Works Counseling Gift Card Agreement

1. General Terms

  • Gift cards are issued by Small Works Counseling and may only be redeemed for services offered directly through Small Works Counseling.

  • By purchasing or using a gift card, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.

2. Redemption

  • Gift cards may be applied toward counseling sessions, workshops, or other eligible services as listed by Small Works Counseling.

  • Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

3. Expiration & Fees

  • Gift cards do not expire and are not subject to service fees.

  • Small Works Counseling reserves the right to refuse gift card redemption if fraudulent activity is suspected.

4. Transfers & Refunds

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

  • Gift cards may be transferred to another individual with written consent from the purchaser.

5. Lost or Stolen Cards

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards cannot be replaced or reissued. Please treat them like cash.

6. Limitations

  • Gift cards may not be used to pay for insurance co-pays or deductibles.

  • Gift cards cannot be combined with certain promotional offers unless explicitly stated.

7. Modifications

  • Small Works Counseling reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with updated agreements posted on our website.
