At Small Works, we believe that mental health care should be accessible, respectful, and responsive to the realities of people’s lives, not just their insurance plans. That’s why we offer high-quality, trauma-informed therapy rooted in social justice values, without the barriers of insurance.

We know that cost is one of the biggest hurdles to getting support, so we use an equity-based sliding scale, designed to account for differences in income, access to wealth, and systemic barriers. Our three-tier pricing model invites clients to pay at a rate that reflects their financial reality while supporting sustainability and community care.

Whether you’re seeking support for trauma, ADHD, identity exploration, or just navigating life’s complexities, we’re here to meet you with compassion, collaboration, and care.

Introducing the Small Works Podcast! Coming to Streaming this summer!

We’re excited to announce the launch of the Small Works Podcast, a space where therapy, social justice, and real life intersect.

Hosted by myself, the podcast explores the messy, meaningful work of healing without the jargon or judgment. We’ll talk about topics like ADHD, trauma, porn use, queer mental health, and what it means to be a human trying to survive this strange world we have all found ourselves in.

Our first episode will tackle how productivity is tied to our worth and how that effects every part of our lives. Expected out later this summer.

Grants and funding.

Cle Small Works and Small works Counseling are teamed up to provide affordable mental health counseling. CSW is a grassroots organization that exists for the purpose of increasing the access to mental health counseling in the Cleveland Area. Utilizing community fundraising to help people who need MH Counseling and are unable to pay for it. Providing small grants to local individuals so they can get counseling at a community provider of their choice including a Small Works Counseling counselor. Closing the gap between those with Medicaid and those that can afford private insurance. We all believe that everyone deserves high quality mental health treatment regardless of their income or circumstances.
